Amiy is looking for a team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. If you have leadership experience and sales experience this can be a great opportunity for you to expand your professional identity in B2B and SaaS industry. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will communicate clients’ needs and make sure that your team implements daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report to the Co-Founder
  • Follow up with daily activities of team members
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor in an international environment
  • Previous experience in sales roles and cold calling
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous experience with CRM
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Confident work ethics
  • SaaS experience is a plus
