- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to ensure high performance and productivity
- Set and achieve team goals and objectives, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and performance of the SDR team
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and work closely with them to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Continuously optimize and improve SDR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

- 3+ years of experience in SDR or B2B Sales roles, with at least 1 year of experience leading and managing a team of SDRs
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS outbound sales and outbound marketing processes and strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
