We are a rapidly growing outsourcing company that serves B2B Saas clients. We are looking for an experienced and passionate SDR Team Leader to manage our team of SDRs and also be customer facing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Set and achieve team goals and objectives, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and performance of the SDR team
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, and work closely with them to understand their needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Continuously optimize and improve SDR processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR or B2B Sales roles, with at least 1 year of experience leading and managing a team of SDRs
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS outbound sales and outbound marketing processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
